The labeling machine is a general packaging machine and is widely used in packaging lines such as water, juice, tea beverages, and milk-containing beverages. It can automatically complete the delivery of labels into bottles and labeling. There are many forms of labeling machines that can match various container shapes and materials, such as round bottles, square bottles, oval bottles, curve bottles, plastic bottles, metal bottles, glass bottles, etc. The applicable label materials are mainly PVC, PET, OPS, etc., with a label thickness of about 0.035mm to 0.08mm, a label height of about 25mm to 210mm, and a label inner diameter of about 127mm to 254mm. 


In the extremely fierce homogeneous beverage market, whether outer packaging can attract attention and stand out is one of the key factors in product sales. As one of the equipment with high technical content of back-stage packaging, the packaging machine is widely used in the food industry, but there are few relevant documents currently disclosed. This paper studies the upgrade plan of square bottle labeling machine to solve the problems of poor labeling and high labor costs in production. On the marking machine equipment, a crease column device is installed to expand the inner diameter of the label; improve the marking knife, change the one-shaped cutting head to a cross cutting head, and change the subscript guide column from cylindrical to square, so that the label is smooth Put it into the bottle body; install a driver for the fixed nozzle, improve the fixed nozzle into a nozzle that can be rotated and ejected in 360° direction, so that the shrink label is heated evenly and the shrink label is completely reduced; make a cutter plate centering adjustment tool to accurately mark the position to avoid Burrs and personnel injuries occurred. The labeling machine is verified according to the above design, which greatly reduces the defect rate of the square bottle label, high and low standards, crack marks, burr marks, crook marks, crook marks, crook marks, and crook marks, and the detection rate is all less than 1%. Due to the reduction of the defective rate, the speed of the set-up is rapidly improved, and the stable set-up speed is increased from 350 bottles/min to 410 bottles/min. This study upgraded the process of matching square bottle labeling and achieved great results with small changes, providing certain reference value for the improvement of square bottle labeling equipment.
